Role Overview

Hiring Sales Development Managers to drive Life Insurance business through partner bank branches under the Banca Channel. This is a frontline sales role with strong career growth.

Responsibilities

- Drive Life Insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
- Build strong relationships with Branch Managers, RMs and staff.
- Generate leads from walk-in and existing bank customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct customer meetings and close sales.
- Achieve monthly targets with compliance adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance.

Eligibility

- Graduates: 6 months3 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking / Insurance.
- Undergraduates: Minimum 2 years of Sales / BFSI experience.
- Solid communication & relationship skills.
- Local candidates preferred.
