Key Responsibilities:

* Regular coverage of identified healthcare professionals

* Promote Urology brands through product detailing & brand activation

* Ensure product availability at chemists & micro-stockists

* Generate recent prescriptions and improve product penetration

* Achieve daily POB targets

* Maintain daily reports & customer database

Skills Required:

* Basic digital reporting skills

2. Senior Sales Officer (SSO) / Area Sales Supervisor

Position: SSO / Area Sales Supervisor

Salary : 21,319 NTH + TA/DA + Incentives + EPF + ESIC

Qualification:



Graduate – Mandatory

Experience : Minimum 1 year of team management experience preferred

Team Size: 6+ Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead & manage the field sales team

* Conduct field coaching & joint fieldwork

* Achieve individual & team sales targets

* Analyse market opportunities & expansion areas

* Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs

* Conduct performance reviews & action planning

* Identify low-performing territories & take corrective action

* Coordinate with RBM, Marketing, HR & Agency Partner
