Position: sales coordinator

EXP:2-5 years

General purpose

UCAM is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with all the Sales Engineers,
reporting sales activities and providing regular updates on the sales funnel. The
responsibilities include making presentations, attending techno-commercial discussions and
negotiations, creating necessary documents for further order processing, and assisting in the
collection of payments and statutory documents.

Main/ Essential Task

- On-time collection of payments
Order processing and documentation
Contract review and knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantee
Data Preparation
Report Generation
Responding to customer inquiries
Ensuring timely delivery of sales orders in line with customer preferences.




Willingness to travel as required based on job responsibilities and business
requirements.
Producing reports based on the sales performance of employees in the sales
department

Skills Required

- Coordination with internal and external sales teams
Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports
Ability to learn and excel
Planning and executing sales coordination.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Handling customer complaints
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Presentation skills
