Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro / SAM Pro.
- Must be positive in implementation, development & scripting.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes & Flows.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub).
- Good understanding of asset lifecycle, software licensing & CMDB.
- ServiceNow HAM/SAM certification is preferred.
