Eligibility

- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- Hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module
- Experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, or implementation
- Experience in integrations, workflows, scripting, and platform capabilities
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
