Senior Leadership Opportunity | Operations & Business Development

Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Shipbuilding (CEMS) | Visakhapatnam

CEMS is looking for an experienced and dynamic senior leader to drive operations, business development and strategic growth across its multi-location skilling and training operations.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead multi-location operations, large projects, and teams
• Drive business development, revenue growth and new opportunities
• Build strategic relationships with industry, shipyards, Government and PSUs
• Lead large-scale skilling and training initiatives
• Drive business performance, profitability, and cost optimisation
• Contribute to CEMS's strategic growth and future expansion

Preferred candidate profile





• 20+ years of skilled experience
• Engineering background; postgraduate qualification preferred
• Strong exposure to maritime/shipbuilding, engineering, manufacturing, and/or skilling & training
• Proven track record in large-team leadership, business development, and project management
• Strong Government/industry stakeholder management and commercial orientation

Location: Visakhapatnam | Extensive travel
