At Blueprints Design, we are looking for skilled and motivated MEP Design Engineers with Revit skills to contribute to the delivery of large-scale BIM projects.

We welcome professionals with experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting BIM modelling who are passionate about multidisciplinary coordination and technology-driven project delivery.

Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting BIM models
MEP BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation
Preparation of coordinated drawings, schedules and project documentation
Develop and update MEP BIM models based on approved design inputs and project requirements.
Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting services as per the assigned discipline.
Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, details, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate MEP models with Architectural, Structural and other building-services models.
Review models for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project BIM standards.
Incorporate design changes and coordination comments accurately into BIM models.
Follow the BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards, naming conventions and project workflows.
Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Leads, clients and consultants.




Maintain proper file management and documentation on ACC or other project platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
~2–5 years of professional experience in MEP BIM modelling

~ Experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Fighting

~ Solid working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
~ Knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
~ Experience in developing MEP BIM models and drawings from design inputs
~ Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and model-development processes

~ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary BIM team
