About the job

As a Front Desk Executive at Tokyo Plast International Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with various administrative tasks
2. Greet visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
3. Managing our front desk area and handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
4. Maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
5. Ensuring the efficient flow of office operations.
6. Interacting with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner.
