About the job

As a Junior Accountant at Alfa Adhesives LLP, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with solid knowledge of Tally, MS-Excel, and MS-Office, as well as excellent English proficiency both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, statements, and records using Tally software.
2. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
3. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
5. Support in conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support.
7. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting department.
