About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily interior work activities at the project site.
2. Ensure work is executed according to approved designs, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
3. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling workers, tile workers, fabricators, and other site contractors.
4. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
5. Check measurements and ensure proper execution as per requirements.
6. Plan and coordinate daily site activities to maintain project timelines.
7. Follow up with workers and contractors regarding pending and ongoing work.
8. Identify site-related issues and communicate them promptly to the Project Manager/Designer.
9. Maintain daily site progress reports and provide regular updates.
10. Ensure materials are available at the site as and when required.
11. Coordinate material delivery, unloading, storage, and proper utilization.
12. Monitor wastage of materials and help control unnecessary costs.
13. Ensure proper finishing and detailing of interior work.
14. Coordinate between different teams to avoid delays and conflicts at site.
15. Conduct regular site inspections and identify defective or incomplete work.
16.



Ensure rectification work is completed properly.
17. Maintain basic site discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
18. Ensure workers follow basic safety practices while working at the site.
19. Assist the project team during handover and final finishing/rectification activities.
