Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Associate to manage backend operations across e-commerce platforms. This role involves overseeing product listings, maintaining accurate catalogue data, ensuring smooth order processing, and handling payment reconciliations to support efficient marketplace performance.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart). Create, update, and optimise product catalogues including descriptions, images, and attributes. Ensure accurate pricing, inventory updates, and stock availability. Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues. Handle payment reconciliation, settlement tracking, and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order fulfilment and operations. Track performance metrics such as sales, returns, and listing health.Qualifications & Skills Required: 1 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (preferred).



Strong understanding of catalogue management and backend workflows. Hands-on experience with seller panels of Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms. Familiarity with payment reconciliation and settlement reports. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. Skills: Product Management, Order management and Order processing
