About the job

We are looking for empathetic, helpful, and confident Consultation Executives to interact with users from the US and provide personalized guidance and support through text chats, voice notes, and calls. The role involves understanding users' concerns and helping them gain clarity and perspective on personal growth, career, and different aspects of life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interact with US-based users through text, voice notes, and calls.
2. Understand users' concerns and provide thoughtful, personalized guidance.
3. Help users gain clarity and perspective on personal and professional matters.
4. Maintain a warm, empathetic, patient, and genuinely people-oriented communication style.

Other requirements

1. Background in Psychology, Counselling, Life Counselling, or related fields.

2. Excellent written and spoken English.

3. Solid communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

4. Empathetic,

5. Comfortable working in a shift (08:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
