About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
2. Create and post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
7. Handle employee attendance, leave, and related HR documentation.
8. Support payroll processing and coordinate salary-related matters.
9. Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues professionally.
10. Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
11. Organize employee training and development programs.
12. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
13. Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and employment regulations.
14. Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiatives.
15. Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution when required.
16. Manage employee exit processes, including resignations, clearance, and exit interviews.
17.



Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR databases.
18. Provide HR support to management and employees as required.
