About the job

In this role, you will work directly with the leadership team, gaining first-hand experience in building new products. You'll see how key business functions come together, with high visibility and direct impact on growth. This role is essentially partnership and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage relationships with school counselors, parents, and key stakeholders across 3 regions: India, Singapore, and the Middle East.
2. Co-design and launch 3-5 new youth programs annually. Be part of the go-to-market strategy for summer launches.
3. Research emerging trends in education, student development, and social impact ecosystems.
4. Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Represent the brand at various forums - online and offline in Mumbai.
