Job Summary

Java L3 Support Engineer. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Between 4-7 years of relevant professional experience using Java. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in development with Java, SpringBoot, REST APIs. Experience in working with databases NoSQL andor Relational. Experience with cloud platforms AWS. Familiarity with ETL processes and data streaming concepts. Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management. Comfortable with Agile operating models ScrumKanban. Good awareness of AI Best practices. Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools for monitoring, automation, and reporting
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely responses to critical incidents
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and post-incident reports




- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
