Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Appian Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing enterprise applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and deploying robust Business Process Management BPM solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Appian architecture, a proven track record of building intuitive user interfaces using SAIL, and experience integrating Appian with external systems. An active Appian Certified Senior Developer credential is required for this position.

Responsibilities

- Application Development: Design and develop scalable BPM applications on the Appian platform, including Appian Sites, SAIL Self-Assembling Interface Layer forms, reports, records, and complex process models.
- Integration Web APIs: Build, configure, and maintain secure integrations and Web APIs to connect Appian with third-party systems and databases.
- Database Management: Design database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and manage data stores using major relational databases, specifically MariaDB or MySQL.
- Architecture Best Practices: Adhere to Appian architecture guidelines and object design best practices to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
- Deployment Support: Manage application deployments across environments Dev, Test,



Prod and provide post-production support and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Skills Experience: 2 to 5 years of dedicated development experience on the Appian BPM platform.
- Certification: Must hold an active Appian Certified Senior Developer credential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Appian SAIL, Process Modeling, Expression Rules, Decisions, and Custom Data Types CDTs.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience creating Appian Sites, Records, and ReportsDashboards.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with Appian Integrations Connected Systems and Web APIs HTTPREST.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of relational database concepts and working knowledge of MariaDB or MySQL.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in an AgileScrum development workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with DevOps pipelines and automated deployment tools.
