Responsibilities

- Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS user access and auditing
- Support user security and role provisioning in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM, and OTM, guiding users to ensure appropriate access
- Import users and manage access using standard Oracle security functionalities
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot role-based access aligned with Oracle security best practices
- Manage and monitor auditing for user access ensuring minimal violations within Oracle Risk Management Cloud RMC
- Support all security and auditing-related issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Collaborate with Security, Development, and Product teams to identify and resolve issues
- Migrate SaaS technical objects - BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs
- Follow up on Oracle MOS service requests to resolution
- Complete ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs to support users
