Working knowledge of POS operations and configuration. Can work in 247 workplace. A strong team player who can work with team consultants and get trained on any knowledge Gap. Able to guide team on FB operations and operational working of POS in a hotel. Knowledge on Third party application Integration with POS. Experienced in providing Technical Support on POS.

Responsibilities

- Toast POS Support Consultant who analyzes customer needs, configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.
- Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational workflow for multiple concepts, users, and service models.
- Resolve any gaps in functionality.
- Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer.
- After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer.
