Application RUN Management Administration Administration and supervision: Manage access rights configure the application and ensure the daily operational performance of Kansys Edge. User support: Assist users with technical or functional issues and handle incidents Level 1 and 2 through ticketing platforms and email. Management Monitoring reporting: Track application performance analyze recurring issues and propose improvements. Update management: Coordinate updates with the vendor and integrator and communicate changes to users. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date user guides administration procedures and best practices. Security compliance: Ensure compliance with internal standards GDPR cybersecurity etc and enforce IT security policies. Support testing campaign with non-regression tests.

Requirements
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Kansys Edge functionalities or another billing application
- Proficiency with application administration tools and access management
- Basic understanding of databases and software architectures
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Ability to write functional specifications and test plans
Functional Skills
- Good understanding of business processes and user needs
Transversal Skills
- Strong organization and rigor in following incidents and evolutions
- Positive communication skills and ability to support and train users
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems efficiently
Profile
- Masters degree in IT project management or business school
- Experience in application administration
- Experience with Kansys Edge or similar tools appreciated
