Job Title: Electrical & Utility Shift Supervisor

Location: Mandideep, Bhopal

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate mechanical/electrical activities and contract manpower as per production plan.

* Ensure shift scheduling, manpower allocation, weekly-offs, and zero manpower unavailability.

* Maintain safety, occupational health, legal, quality, and site compliance requirements.

* Lead baler operation, AGM/CS10 loading, HVAC, and utility operations through contractors.

* Monitor utility control systems, energy consumption, CL/CBM activities, and route shift tours.

* Diagnose electrical faults and coordinate troubleshooting with E-Technicians.





* Ensure smooth utility changeovers with zero quality incidents.

* Monitor Auto-GR barcode activities and ensure completion by operators.

* Maintain shift records, registers, documentation, DDS instructions, and proper shift handover.

* Follow escalation procedures for operational issues and outages.
