Responsibilities
- Manage and review contractor payroll, compliance for NOVA, Motherhood (MH), and AINU units.
- Coordinate with vendors, HR, and Non-Medical Operations to address compliance queries and ensure timely rectification.
- Handle labour license applications, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports, contractor trackers, and compliance-related MIS reports.
- Coordinate with business units and the Legal Team for vendor agreements, amendments, and timely closure.
- Monitor contractor statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, minimum wages, and other applicable labour compliances.
- Follow up with vendors for required compliance documents and data and ensure timely submission.
- Identify compliance gaps and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for corrective actions and closure.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to labour compliance, payroll, licenses, and agreements.
- Handling labour notices and coordinating for timely closure.
- Handling the Contractor Audits
Admin Work
- Managing the Chairmans day-to-day work and requirements.
- Handling travel arrangements, including flights, visas, hotels, and cabs.
- Coordinating with the Chairmans guests for meetings and conferences.
- Coordinating with investors for meetings and conferences.
- Coordinating with the Chairmans CA for required matters.
- Arranging meals for meetings and Friday refreshments
- Handeling the travel of the pan India employees
- And other office admin works
