To drive primary and secondary sales, expand market penetration, and build strong brand visibility for Milesi's premium wood coating systems (including 2K polyurethanes, water-based interior/exterior finishes, stains, and UV tech) within the assigned territory.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Graduate in any stream).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably within the decorative/industrial paints, hardware, or wood finishes industry.
- Skills:
- Robust negotiation and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent local communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven, extroverted personality comfortable with extensive daily travel in the field.
- Requirements: Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license and a smartphone for daily reporting (CRM/MIS).
