Role-HRBP Exp- 3- 5 years Champion employee advocacy and operate as a single point of contact for guidance and advice to employees Partner with varied functions on all HR matters manage delivery and implementation of all HR processes Guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR programs that are most relevant to the business objectives Partner with the business on workforce planning and skills assessment Validate the business need and ensure this is aligned with the overall corporate planning and budgeting Proactively review and analyze business unit data trends and recommend solutions to improve performance retention and employee experience Work closely with Analytics team for information sharing analytics review and reporting of HR dashboards and scorecards Partner with the business and continually upgrade the overall performance and talent availability in the business Review existing and future state leadership roles consistent with the strategic business priorities Enable the business to attract and retain such critical and valuable talent in the region Invest in critical annual and mid-year performance assessment and talent development programs Partner with managers to retain develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential Review and analyse business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement performance retention and employee experience Partner with corporate teams to continuously improve programs such as performance management employee relations compensation career development and leadership development
