Job Description

PhysicsWallah is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Manager – Marketing to lead marketing initiatives and drive ATL, BTL, and on-ground marketing activities across Thane and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field marketing, activations, team handling, vendor management, and executing impactful local marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage on-ground activations, events, and promotional activities.
- Drive local brand visibility and student outreach initiatives.
- Identify high-footfall locations and new marketing opportunities.
- Manage, guide, and mentor the on-ground marketing team.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage branding activities, promotional materials, and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Drive school, college, community, and local market outreach initiatives.
- Track campaign performance,



leads, footfall, and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in ATL/BTL Marketing, Field Marketing, Activations, or On-ground Marketing.
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer acquisition.
- Experience in planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Solid vendor, agency, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
- Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education, Retail, FMCG, Events, or similar industries will be preferred.
