Responsibilities

- Prepare clear concise and professional presentations on CB proposals policies and programs for senior management CHRO committees and the Board of Directors
- Communication of CB Policies Proposals: Assist in drafting and communicating compensation and advantages proposals ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and communicated effectively across all relevant stakeholders
- Approval Notes Documentation: Prepare approval notes policy documents and other formal communications related to CB initiatives ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior leadership HR teams and committees to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and timely approvals
- Data Analytics Reporting: Analyze compensation and benefits data to support communication strategies and provide insights; assist with reports that help to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of CB offerings
- Day-to-Day CB Support: Provide ongoing assistance in the daily management of compensation and benefits programs including administration updates and general queries
- Problem Solving Issue Resolution:



Proactively address and resolve any issues related to compensation and benefits utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Policy Program Development Support: Support the development, communication and rollout of new CB policies and programs

Requirements

- Masters Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Communications or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Compensation Benefits HR communication or a related field with a focus on presentation preparation and policy communication
