Responsibilities

- Understanding Customer Requirments Gathering NFRs and stakeholder Management and end to end delivary of performance testig along with Manual testing contributions to SAP applications

Requirements

- Must-Have Skills 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing Performance Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling, or equivalent.
- Strong API Performance Testing experience.
- Experience with SAP performance testing SAP environments.
- Robust understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTPHTTPS, JSON, XML, authentication, and API architectures.
- Experience with SQL and database performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including response time, latency, throughput, TPS, concurrency, resource utilization, and error rates.
- Experience with monitoringobservability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent.
- Experience with CICD, DevOps, cloud, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- AI GenAI Skills Preferred Practical experience using GenAIAI tools to enhance software testing or engineering practices.
- Experience experimenting with AI-assisted test generation, test optimization, log analysis, anomaly detection, or root-cause analysis.




- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI-assisted automation is a plus.
- Ability to identify practical AI use cases and convert them into measurable improvements in performance engineering.

- The successful candidates should be curious, innovative, data-driven, and willing to challenge traditional performance testing approaches. They should be capable of moving from simply "running performance tests" to understanding why a system behaves the way it does, predicting potential issues, and using engineering and AI-driven approaches to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Nice to Have AWS Azure GCP experience.
- Kubernetes Docker.
- Microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Observability and APM.
- Python Java JavaScript scripting.
- AIML-based performance analytics.
- Experience building internal performance engineering platforms or accelerators.
- Experience mentoring junior performance engineers.
