Job Summary

Python L3 Support Engineer. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Between 4-7 years of relevant professional experience using Python. Strong analytical skills. Strong proficiency in Python programming, experience with FastAPI framework and scripting.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools for monitoring, automation, and reporting
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely responses to critical incidents
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and post-incident reports.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements





- Experience with databases NoSQL andor Relational
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data streaming concepts
- Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management
- Comfortable with Agile operating models ScrumKanban
- Good awareness of AI Best practices
- Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work setting

Qualifications

- Preferred Qualifications Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
