- Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio by acquiring new customers and increasing deposits through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance their loyalty and retention.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products such as saving accounts, insurance policies, etc.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in branch banking or similar role.
- Strong understanding of current account, retail liabilities, and acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid customer relationships.
