KeyResponsibilities:

1.Preventive Breakdown Maintenance

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and utilities.

- Ensure minimum downtime and quick restoration during breakdowns.

- Maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment history cards.

2. PowerEnergy Management

- Monitor and control power consumption across plant operations.

- Coordinate with utility providers for power supply issues.

- Implement energy-saving initiatives and track energy efficiency KPIs.

3.Equipment System Management

- Maintain and troubleshoot LT/HT systems, transformers, DG sets, motors, VFDs, PLCs Siemens, and control panels.

- Oversee maintenance of plant lighting, earthing, and power distribution systems.

- Ensure calibration and reliability of electrical instruments.

4.Safety Compliance

- Ensure all electrical work adheres to statutory regulations and safety standards (IE Rules, IS codes).

- Conduct regular electrical safety audits, inspections,



and LOTO compliance.

- Train team members on electrical safety practices.

5. TeamLeadership Vendor Management

- Supervise a team of electricians and technicians, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.

- Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, and vendors for AMC, spares, and service support.

- Drive skill enhancement and continuous improvement within the team.

6.Documentation Reporting

- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and downtime analyses.

- Support CAPEX and project planning for current installations or upgrades.

- Maintain updated documentation for statutory inspections.
