Requirements

- B.Sc. Nursing (4-year program) or M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university/institution
- M.Sc. Nursing or Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing Administration / Nursing Management
- Valid and active nurse registration with Jharkhand Nurses Council and Valid BLS and ACLS certification (mandatory); Infection Control certification is an advantage
- Minimum 20 years in clinical nursing and nursing administration.
- Minimum 10 years in nursing administration roles (e.g., Matron, Deputy Nursing Superintendent, Nursing Superintendent)
- Minimum 5 years as a nursing team leader in a recognized teaching hospital
- Experience from charitable, public-spirited, mission-driven,



or government teaching hospitals will be given preference
- In-depth nursing knowledge of infection control, wound care, vaccination protocols, medication management, and critical care nursing.
- Thorough familiarity with NABH and JCI nursing standards, nursing-specific accreditation requirements, and quality frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Nursing KPIs Structural Indicators (staffing ratios, bed-to-nurse ratio), Process Indicators (compliance rates, care bundle adherence), and Outcome Indicators (fall rates, infection rates, patient satisfaction scores).
- Expertise in Credentialing & Privileging of nursing staff, nursing competency frameworks, and scope-of-practice management.
- Hands-on experience in creating and implementing nursing SOPs, clinical care pathways, nursing protocols, and standard formats.
