Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion Order Fulfilment:
Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle by actively following up on inbound/outbound leads and ensuring timely conversion into confirmed orders.
- Vendor Operator Coordination:
Act as a bridge between bus operators and vendors to ensure seamless communication, alignment on requirements, and smooth execution of bookings.
- Vendor Negotiation:
Engage with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms, ensuring better margins and higher conversion rates.
- TAT Reduction:
Continuously monitor and optimize turnaround time from lead generation to final conversion, ensuring faster closures and improved customer experience.
- SOP Implementation Compliance:
Ensure adherence to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and track their effective implementation across processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive effective sales conversions and improve overall funnel performance.
- Data-driven Insights:




Analyze data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications - MBA

Preferred Experience (Minimum Maximum) 2-4 years of experience with Mobility, Logistics or similarorganizations working in supply/ops/BD/Sales role requiring cross-functionalcoordination
