Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, administration, business development, and profitability of the NBFC branch. This role involves managing a team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving loan disbursals, maintaining credit quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch-level business targets for loan products (e.g., personal loans, gold loans, SME loans, vehicle loans, etc.).
- Identify and acquire recent customers through local marketing, field visits, and relationshipbuilding.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the branchs customer base and increase revenue.
- Lead and manage branch staff, including sales officers, credit officers, and customer service executives.
- Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and on-the-job training.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring seamless service delivery.




- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer grievances effectively.
- Ensure timely processing of applications, disbursements, and collections.
- Ensure proper documentation, credit appraisal, and risk assessment for loan applications.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections and recovery of dues.
- Minimize NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) by maintaining high credit discipline and follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, RBI and NBFC regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per audit and compliance standards.
- Generate and submit periodic reports on branch performance, disbursements, collections, and NPAs.
