Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals to source materials, fixtures, and equipment (M&E;) for interior works projects.
- Develop robust relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions for purchases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in corporate interiors or related field.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of building design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
