About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Trainee to join our pre-owned vehicle sales team at Whitefield, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating leads, supporting vehicle sales, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets for pre-owned vehicles.
- Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, digital platforms, customer databases, and field activities.
- Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available options to customers.
- Coordinate and arrange vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Support customers throughout the complete sales process, including documentation and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sourcing, operations, finance, insurance, and other internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Promote value-added products such as insurance, warranty, accessories, and finance solutions.
- Participate in sales campaigns,



exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company processes.

Candidate Profile

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge or interest in automobiles is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a good team player.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or any equivalent discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
