Key Skills & Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM
PA Personnel Administration
OM – Organizational Management
Time Management
SAP HCM configuration & support
Robust understanding of HCM business processes
ECC S/4HANA Migration experience – Mandatory
Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA HCM
Experience in data migration, validation, reconciliation and cutover activities
SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules/systems
Implementation / Rollout / Transformation project experience
Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Global SAP project exposure is an added advantage
Ideal Candidate:
SAP HCM professionals with 6–8 years of experience, strong PA/OM/Time Management expertise and proven ECC to S/4HANA migration experience, who can join immediately.
