Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store/warehouse operations, inventory, inward and outward processes, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Handle inventory management and ensure accurate stock availability.
- Manage Inward & Outward processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and ensure timely system updates.
- Monitor stock movement, discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, bin management, and stock organization.
- Coordinate with operations and other teams for smooth store functioning.
- Handle last-mile operations and ensure timely order dispatch/fulfillment.
- Monitor team performance and allocate daily operational activities.
- Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company processes.




- Identify inventory variances and take corrective actions.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards within the store.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager / Warehouse Manager / Store In-Charge.
- Experience in E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, FMCG, or Warehouse Operations preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon, Ninjacart, Zepto, or Blinkit will be preferred.
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
