Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Architect to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 services, security, automation, and operational excellence across hybrid environments. The role requires robust expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, datacentre operations, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entrap ID, and Intune.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
- Manage enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Lead cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and optimization initiatives.
- Implement infrastructure security, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and incident management.
- Provide L3/L4 technical support and mentor engineering teams.

Preferred Certifications
