Academic Session: 2026-2027

Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) who can teach primary classes with strong subject clarity, child-centered pedagogy, and effective classroom management.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach primary classes using activity-based and experiential learning methods
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials
- Build foundational concepts in English, Maths, EVS, and other primary subjects
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment
- Monitor individual student progress and maintain records
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral updates
- Conduct assessments, evaluations,



and remedial classes as needed
- Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and trainings
- Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators for smooth curriculum delivery

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Ed / D.El.Ed / BTC / JBT (Mandatory)
- Graduation in any stream
- Robust communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Prior experience in primary teaching (preferred)
- Ability to handle young learners with patience and enthusiasm
