- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for order fulfilment.

- Track order status and dispatch schedules.

- Verify order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.

- Maintain records of dispatched and pending orders.

- Follow up on delivery-related issues when required.

- Experience: 1–3 years in business operations, sales, business development, customer coordination, or a related role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a relevant field preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, customer coordination, and sales activities.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Should be proactive, responsible,



and willing to learn.

- Should be comfortable working in a growing and fast-paced business environment.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
