Role Description The RMO (Resident Medical Officer) role at PIKACHU ONLINE SERVICES PVT LTD is a full-time hybrid position based in Nagpur, with some flexibility for work from home. The RMO will oversee day-to-day medical support activities, including monitoring health-related concerns for staff or service users, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary. The role involves handling routine consultations, responding to health queries, supporting preventive health initiatives, and ensuring adherence to relevant health and safety protocols. The RMO will collaborate with management and HR to implement wellness programs, support occupational health practices, and contribute to medical policy development and compliance.
