Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with five-star standards. Daily tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, handling laundry items, and ensuring proper storage and use of cleaning supplies and equipment. The role involves responding promptly to guest requests, coordinating with the front office and other departments, and reporting maintenance issues.



The Housekeeping Associate also supports adherence to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and may assist in training new team members on housekeeping procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong housekeeping and laundry skills, including room cleaning, linen handling, and basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Good organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience or interest in training and supporting new team members on housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality operations preferred, especially in premium or luxury properties.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for housekeeping duties, following safe work practices.
- Basic literacy and numeracy; a hospitality-related certification or diploma is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operations.
