The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction activities, quantity surveying, client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submitclient bills, RA bills, and subcontractor billsbased on site measurements and actual work progress.Take measurements and prepareMeasurement Sheets (MS) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) .Verify quantities executed at site against approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.Preparequantity take-offs and rate analysisfor various civil works.Coordinate with theProject, Planning, QS, Commercial, and Site Execution teamsfor billing requirements.Check and verify subcontractor bills, work measurements, and supporting documents.Maintain proper records ofmeasurements, work orders, BOQ, billing statements, and reconciliation .Monitor variations, extra items,



and deviations from the approved BOQ.Assist in preparingmaterial reconciliation and quantity reconciliation .Coordinate with consultants and clients formeasurement verification and bill certification .Track submitted, certified, and outstanding bills and provide regular billing status reports.Ensure billing documentation is accurate and submitted within project timelines.Support project management in identifyingbilling gaps, quantity variations, and commercial issues .Required SkillsStrong knowledge ofCivil Quantity Surveying and Billing .Valuable understanding ofBOQ, rate analysis, measurements, RA Bills, and subcontractor billing .Knowledge ofbuilding construction activities and specifications .Proficiency inMS Exceland MS Office.Ability to read and interpretcivil drawings and specifications .Good coordination and communication skills.Experience working withclients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors .Knowledge of billing software/ERP systems will be an added advantage.Candidate ProfileDiploma / B.Tech inCivil Engineering .5–8 years of relevant experiencein billing/quantity surveying.Candidates with experience inbuilding construction projectswill be preferred.Tamil candidates preferred .Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.Work Location:Vellore & Chennai, Tamil NaduInterested candidates can apply/share their updated CV with details of total experience, current location, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
