We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us expand our client base and generate new business opportunities across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Technology, BPO/KPO and other industries. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate recent business opportunities through Linked In, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals and online research. Identify potential clients requiring IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, Staff Augmentation, Payroll and RPO services. Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams and Business Decision-Makers. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active clients.



Schedule and conduct client calls, meetings and business presentations. Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team for fulfilment. Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, rate cards, capability decks and commercial proposals. Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation → meeting → requirement → negotiation → agreement → onboarding → active business. Follow up with prospects for MSA, NDA, vendor registration and empanelment. Negotiate commercial terms, staffing rates and service agreements within approved company guidelines.
