Role Description The AQA Reviewer is responsible for overseeing and assessing analytical quality assurance activities to ensure that laboratory and production processes meet defined standards and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves reviewing analytical data, test reports, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal procedures and external guidelines. The role includes coordinating with laboratory staff and production teams, identifying deviations or non-conformities, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The AQA Reviewer will also support internal audits, maintain organized records for compliance,



and contribute to the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are central to the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical and quality assurance skills, with experience reviewing laboratory data, reports, and documentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficiency in documentation control, SOP development, and maintaining audit-ready records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in laboratory and production settings.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to identifying and addressing non-conformities.
- Comfort with using basic office and data management software (e.g., spreadsheets, document management systems).
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in analytical quality assurance or a similar role in mining, metals, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is preferred.
