Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru combines responsibilities of Bartender, F&B; Associate, and F&B; Host/Hostess to deliver an excellent guest experience across bar and restaurant operations. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and recommending beverages and food items based on guest preferences and hotel standards. The role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in service areas,



and ensuring that all F&B; items are presented according to brand guidelines. The team member will handle billing and cash transactions accurately, coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely service, and respond to guest feedback in a professional manner. Supporting special events, promotions, and hotel functions, while consistently adhering to safety and responsible service of alcohol policies, is also part of this role.
Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Effective Communication abilities, including explicit verbal interaction and active listening.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, basic service standards, and menu familiarity.
- Proficiency in Bartending, including beverage preparation, responsible service of alcohol, and bar hygiene.
- Accurate Cash Handling skills for billing, POS operations, and reconciliation.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or bar operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, teamwork orientation, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Relevant hospitality or F&B; certification or diploma is an advantage.
