Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking with a strategic outreach process.
- Strong communication and message drafting skills with CXOs.
- Ownership of tasks and work assigned
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the team targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, meeting setup, and closure
- Basic understanding of compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal data research and RM to run automated campaign
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors,
and market conditions
Requirements
- Candidate must be from Btech (CS/IT), MCA, MBA
- 0.6-1 year of proven experience in Domestic/International business development
- Candidates must be from, staff augmentation (Primary), IT services background, Web & Mobile app solution development services.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to support company goal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
