About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious US IT Recruiter to join our team in Rohini. Whether you have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the US Staffing industry or you are a fresh graduate looking to build a career in US Recruitment, we want to hear from you!

For freshers: We provide comprehensive training on US IT terms, tax terms, work authorizations, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Sourcing: Search, identify, and engage qualified technical candidates using portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and Boolean search strings.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates technical skills, communication, and availability.
- Candidate Management: Coordinate client interviews, prepare candidates for discussions, negotiate pay rates, and follow up until successful onboarding.
- Relationship Building:



Build and maintain an active database of tech talent across US time zones.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

For Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years):

- Hands-on experience sourcing for US IT roles (Software Developers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, QA, etc.).
- Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, TN).
- Familiarity with US Tax terms (W2, C2C / Corp-to-Corp, 1099).
- Proven track record of submittals, interview conversions, and placements.

For Freshers / Trainees (0 Years):

- Bachelor's Degree in any stream (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com, etc.).
- Fluent Spoken & Written English with excellent listening skills (critical for interacting with US candidates).
- High energy, self-motivated, and willing to learn the US staffing domain.
- Comfortable working night shifts (US business hours).
