Job Responsibilites:
• Should be an Architect / Graduate with min 5-8 years experience from Architectural / Liaisoning / Real Estate firm.
• Should have a thorough knowledge of design, approval drawings, DC rules (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020) &
Liaison process for obtaining approvals in Mumbai & MMR region.
• Should have analytical skills for review & analysis of development potential in a project w.r.t. applicable
regulations.
• Should have proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Should have knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
• Should have strong connect in liaison community to get regular updates w.r.t. policies / notifications.
• Should have good communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
• Should be able to handle multiple types of assignments at a time.
