Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site role located in Wardha for a Test Specialist. The Test Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing test strategies, managing test processes, and performing both manual and automated testing. Key responsibilities include identifying defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards,



and collaborating with development teams to enhance product performance and reliability.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Test Management and Test Strategy development
- Experience in Test Execution and overall Testing processes
- Robust skills in Quality Assurance methodologies and practices
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Experience with testing tools and software development lifecycle is a plus
