Role Description The Loan Consultant role at Future Finserv is a contract on-site position based in Kerala, India. The individual in this role will guide clients through loan options, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable loan products aligned with their financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their financial profiles, explaining loan terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with financial institutions to ensure smooth processing. The Loan Consultant will maintain accurate records, follow compliance guidelines, and provide ongoing customer support,



while contributing to sales targets and business growth.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Loans and Financial Services, including various loan products and application processes.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance, with the ability to analyze client profiles and assess financial viability.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, including lead generation, conversion, and working toward defined targets.
- Relevant experience in loan consulting, banking, or financial advisory is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Kerala, India, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and documentation; comfort working with financial data and reports.
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is beneficial.
